Fullerton, CA

Fullerton, California is one of the oldest towns in Orange County, California. It was founded in the late 1880's by the Amerige brothers, but earned its name from George Fullerton, who obtained the land for a regional railroad seeking routes for cargo.

As with many cities in Orange County in that era, agriculture, including citrus crops, was a chief source of local business. But Fullerton, California was well known for its oil production, too. With about 125,000 people, Fullerton, California is one of the bigger cities within Orange County.
