Vehicular Manslaughter
Vehicular Manslaughter can occur in one of two typical ways. The most common is where a person, while intoxicated, kills another person, either a pedestrian or an occupant of another vehicle. The less common way is where a driver of a car hits and kills another because he violated a law, like running a red light or making an unsafe left turn. This charge can be filed as a misdemeanor or a felony.
